    Hi! My name is Erin, photographer of Erin Michelle Photography. Thank you for coming by the blog, I am excited you are here! I am a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area, traveling frequently to the Elko/ Spring Creek Nevada area.

    i love Jesus. i'm married to the most amazing husband. ever. i am the devoted mommy to the most precious little boy. i am blessed with an incredible family, have a slight addiction to Starbucks frappacinos and i'm a night owl. i live in the city but i'm a country girl at heart. i love hiking, nature photography, my grandpa's 35mm film camera and i adore all things handmade. i have an obsession with apple and "Pysch" is currently my favorite show. i love to travel, cry at sappy tv commercials, and am a complete romantic. i love chocolate and retail therapy for me is going to antique stores. i love meeting new people and my grandma's cooking.  i love capturing all of life's moments with my camera. this is life! this is love! embrace it!

Christina + Brian {South Lake Tahoe}

Christina and Brian were married on a beautiful August afternoon up at the Ridge Resort in South Lake Tahoe. It was a wonderful and magical afternoon and I was honored to be part of it and capture 2 people so in love.  Christina and Brian- we wish you all the best the most wonderful years to come together!!

Jamie + Jerrid {Mt. Rose Wedding}

I am thrilled to show you Jamie and Jerrid’s beautiful mountain top wedding, that took place at Tannenbaum Event Center. I loved how Jamie incorporated her and Jerrid’s love of nature into a very romantic and timeless setting. The centerpieces were reminiscent of the wild flowers that grow in Tahoe, and the ceremony was performed outdoors overlooking the spectacular view of the Carson Valley.   

The whole wedding was beautiful and the excitement of the day carried from the moment we arrived until we left. I was honored to be part of their day.  Jamie and Jerrid, we wish you the happiest of years to come!!!!

My 100th Post!!!

Wow! my 100th post!  How exciting!  I must apologize though, my poor blog has been sorrowfully neglected in the past month!  I have been so busy with weddings, newborn sessions and family sessions- I haven’t even had a moment to blog.  I have so many great sessions to share, and I promise they will be coming in the following weeks!  For now though- I just fell in love with Miss Fallyn at our session, she is absolutely adorable and this picture makes me smile every time I see it.
